So for the killing animation, I would see the protagonist going for the legs sending him to his knees then finishing him off. With the protagonist standing at around 6ft, i'd find it hard for you to effectively reach and slice a Super mutants neck in one go. That got me thinking about Unique killing animations for each enemy in the Wasteland.Īverage super mutants stand approximately 10.4 feet tall (although they typically stand with hunched backs that reduce them to about 7.8 feet) In Skyrim you could sneak up on any creature and slice its neck with a melee weapon, but in Fallout there are Super mutants, Mirelurks and Deathclaws among other enemy's where this animation wouldn't work. Was playing Skyrim today thinking of what it could bring over to Fallout 4 and what hit me was Killing animations and how it would work in Fallout.
